First time here, Dr. Mio was very nice, kind,and knowledgeable. First time that someone takes the time to check my dog so nicely. Gave me really good advice for caring for my furry baby. First time that no one was pushing unnecessary x-rays or exams, just straight forward diagnosis and advice. Thank you.

All the staff were so sweet, so kind and patient with my (very) nervous dog. We saw Dr. Elizabeth Russell. They were really transparent with the prices of all the services and everything was super reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend!

Dr. Elizabeth Russell was wonderful, kissed both of my new kittens, and the entire staff treated them like Royalty. I love the entire staff, they are efficient and friendly, and made me and the new additions to my family very comfortable! Look forward to a long relationship.

Amazing service and care! From starting the appointment to finishing, the team was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. The receptionist was welcoming with the warmest smile and treated us as if we had known each other for years. The doctor and her techs were thorough, treated my pet with so much love, and went so slowly with her because she is a nervous pup. I would recommend this clinic to anybody who loves their pets and wants the best care for them possible!!!

I've been bringing my dog to Austin’s Veterinary Care for quite some time now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention they provide. The entire staff is warm, friendly, and genuinely passionate about animals. From routine check-ups to more urgent care, they've always made sure my dog is comfortable and well-cared for. Dr. Elizabeth Russell is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly, addressing any concerns I have and offering thoughtful recommendations. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and the team is always quick to respond to any questions, whether by phone or email.I’ve also appreciated the flexibility in scheduling appointments, I highly recommend this Vet to any and everyone!!!!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Austin Veterinary Care! I Extremely recommend!!My pup Loki absolutely loves coming here and that’s saying a lot, considering most dogs aren’t exactly thrilled about vet visits. From the moment we walk through the door, the staff is welcoming, kind, and incredibly professional. Dr. Russell is truly amazing with Loki. You can tell how much she genuinely cares, she always takes the time to make Loki feel comfortable, and explains everything thoroughly to me with such patience and compassion. Loki’s favorite person in the world (besides me!) might just be nurse Christine. Her warmth and gentleness always put him at ease, and it’s clear she has a real gift with animals. There have been multiple occasions where the entire team has gone above and beyond to help Loki, and my cat Benito every time I’ve left feeling so grateful to have found a place that treats my dog like family. Austin Veterinary Care is a gem, and we’re lucky to have them!

From the receptionist to the vet tech to the dr everyone is so knowledgeable and kind! They've gone out of their way to ask if my dog was comfortable having other dogs walk by him which was super courteous. When you're at the appointment everyone takes time to really understand whatever concerns you may have. Only cons a bit expensive but for the service you get its worth it, + wish they were open on the weekends but oh well

They are amazing. So nice and knowledgeable. I went there as a first time client and they were very patient and explained everything. Cost was reasonable and they worked with you for best care. Definitely found my new vet.

I tried to make an appointment in another place, which unfortunately didn’t work out. My anxious baby needed to be seen today since being outside was not an option. This vet clinic was more than accommodating! Fast, and dedicated service to me and my cat. Left with no questions. Great prices considering I was a walk in. Thank you Dr Russel for all your and your staff’s help and attention. If I’m ever back in NYC I will be sure to come again and visit. Thank you and have a wonderful new year! (Also did I mention their awesome energy? My cat is not usually okay with people touching or petting her, she was all in with the pets with the staff!)

Austin Veterinary Care has consistently been my go-to veterinary clinic for my cats, and they’ve never let me down. After having such great experiences with my first two cats, Kylo and Rey, I felt completely confident bringing in our newest kitten, Chewie, knowing she would receive the same level of excellent care and attention. Dr. Russell and the staff are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to pet care and always take their time to thoroughly explain everything. Even with experience as a cat owner, I still learned a lot during my visit, and they made sure all of Chewie’s required check-ups were handled smoothly and professionally. What really sets them apart is how genuinely kind and attentive they are. They treated Chewie with so much care and patience, and it’s clear that their passion is rooted in the wellbeing of every animal that walks through their doors. That kind of compassion goes a long way. The office is always clean, well-organized, and welcoming, which makes every visit a comfortable experience. I always come and go feeling confident that all three of my cats are in great hands.
